Because our products are personalized specifically for you, certain policies may differ from standard retail purchases.

2. ORDERS

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed:

• Your order enters our production process.
• Please review all uploaded photos, names, dates, spellings, and other customization details before placing your order.
• Project Chand is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it violates our policies or applicable laws.

3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Most products sold by Project Chand are made exclusively for each customer. This means:

• Product previews are for illustration purposes only.
• Slight variations in color, brightness, cropping, or print positioning may occur due to screen settings, image quality, printing techniques, and material characteristics.
• Minor differences do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

4. CUSTOMER CONTENT

When you upload photos, artwork, or text, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
• Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, hateful, or harmful material.
• Project Chand reserves the right to reject orders containing inappropriate or unlawful content.

5. PRICING

• All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.

6. PAYMENTS
